With over 30 years in the fitness industry and experience owning his own gym, Jake has seen every approach, every trend, every half-measure that produces half-results.

NomadsFIT is his next chapter — distilling three decades of training, coaching, and gym ownership into a signature coaching system. His approach combines elite physical programming with strategic life coaching — helping high-achieving people build not just better bodies, but better lives.

Who is this coaching for?

This coaching is designed for ambitious people who want more than generic fitness advice. You might be a professional, entrepreneur, or executive who values quality over quantity. You want real transformation — not just a better body, but a better life. You're willing to put in the work and you want a coach who will hold you accountable.

What results can I expect?

Results depend on your commitment and starting point, but most clients experience significant changes in their physique, energy levels, and mental clarity within the first 4-6 weeks. By the end of a full program, you'll have built sustainable habits, a physique you're proud of, and the mental fortitude to maintain it for life.

How much time do I need to commit?

Coaching calls are scheduled based on your package (weekly or bi-weekly), but the real work happens daily. Expect 45-90 minutes for workouts and 15-20 minutes for mindset practices. The beauty is that everything is designed to fit your schedule — I'm not here to add stress, I'm here to help you perform better in all areas of life.

In-person or remote coaching?

Both. Most clients work with me remotely (via video calls and our coaching app), which allows flexibility and access regardless of location. For those in the Charlotte/Monroe, NC area, in-person sessions are available as an add-on. The remote experience is just as powerful — I've coached clients across the country with incredible results.

What if it doesn't work for me?

I only work with clients I'm confident I can help. The application process ensures we're a good fit before we start. That said, I offer a satisfaction guarantee: if you're not seeing progress after 30 days, we'll adjust your program until we find what works. Your success is my success.

How do I get started?

Start by filling out the application. I'll personally review every application and reach out within 48 hours to schedule a free strategy call. During that call, we'll discuss your goals, challenges, and determine if we're a good fit. No pressure, no hard sell — just an honest conversation about what you want and how I can help you get there.
